We arrived at the venue around midday for a sound check. It was an outdoor courtyard in front of a bank, and the sun beating down on us made it incredibly hot. A member of our crew brought three bottles of water to the stage, one each for Ike, Tay, and Zac. Taylor glanced at me after taking a sip of water and asked, "Don't you want some water?" I said, "Yeah, but I'm sure they will bring it in a second." Taylor put his bottle down, ran off the stage and went to the cooler. Seconds later, he returned with three bottles of water for the rest of us onstage. That is very characteristic of Taylor.
